Housing Options provides personnel for many different programs within the community. These individuals fill roles in Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) programs, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, safe houses, treatment apartments, single room occupancy programs and a community health center. The job titles include Peer Specialists, Recovery Guides and Peer Bridgers. The advantages to the provider in sub-contracting with Housing Options for these services are the following: less staff turnover; peer training for peer staff, provider staff and the community; joint supervision; role definition; and the agency goes through a cultural change which enhances recovery, independence and community integration.
If interested in these services, please contact Joseph M. Woodward, CEO at firstname.lastname@example.org for a presentation or consultation.
